The location required a short walk from the taxi drop-off due to roadworks, which could be inconvenient for some. While the dining was decent, it didn't stand out compared to nearby restaurants.

Request a mountain view room for breathtaking sunrises over Fansipan Peak, and don’t hesitate to ask the staff for organized tours.

The early check-in process is confusing, with a vague 'subject to availability' disclaimer, which can throw off your plans. Room cleanliness can be hit or miss, as I noticed dirt upon arrival and encountered a tobacco smell in the bathroom despite the no-smoking policy. Also, being charged for bottled water without a clear price tag feels like a sneaky tactic. Lastly, noise levels can be problematic, as the soundproofing doesn’t hold up well against outside disturbances.

The hotel offered a truly memorable experience with outstanding views of the

mountains and Moong Hoa Valley. The attention to detail in the decor impressed me, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. My only drawback was the roadworks outside, but the staff's warm service more than compensated for it.

The manager was incredibly kind and took the time to arrange our tours , making our family experience feel unique. Plus , the hotel has a cozy spot with an awesome mountain view that made every morning a peaceful beginning for us all.

It wasn’t inexpensive , but I felt it was worth the price for the comfort provided.

We loved the beautiful terrace with stunning views of Sapa. The breakfast was delightful with plenty of choices, and our kids really enjoyed the hot water shower after a long day exploring. We also took some time to visit Quang Truong Square.

My children wanted a bit more space in the room.

After staying in sapa before, relax hotel & spa exceeded my expectations with comfortable rooms and a fantastic view. The staff were really helpful and even offered us ginger lemon tea upon arrival. Walking around in the evening, i loved the central location filled with charming little shops around.
